KYRA WALDRON: Kyra is Bob’s wife and has worked with Bob since 1980. As the Marketing Specialist, she plans the marketing, advertising and special promotions for every Bob Waldron property. JESSICA HEREDIA: Jessica manages the day-to-day operations of the Listing and Sales Office for Bob Waldron, and has previous real estate and transaction coordination experience. As the Office Manager, Jessica handles all related paperwork and computer processing for escrows, and provides direct support to Bob with buyers and sellers. Once your property is sold, Jessica will monitor the escrow to ensure all details are handled efficiently.
